The shuttle table is positioned longitudinally, which results in the best possible accessibility for optional loading and unloading systems.
The system consists of the following components:
Shuttle table system in longitudinal direction for simultaneous loading/unloading and cutting to reduce non-productive production times
Encapsulated cutting room with protective glazing
CNC graphics control Siemens Sinumerik 840D
Laser source Brilase or IPG
Cutting head with automatic focus adjustment, Durma or Precitec
Cooling unit for cutting head and laser source
CAD/CAM software LANTEK for programming including autonesting

Sheet check system (automatic detection of sheet position and dimensions)
Automatic nozzle cleaning

Working area lighting

Options:
Extraction unit with filters, material conveyor belt for small parts and slug, laser cutting monitoring, Durma Cloud, automatic nozzle change, 3D cutting head, pipe cutting device, loading and unloading systems with or without sheet metal tower on request.
